An Indian Twist on Grilled Pork Chops

It started out as a possible disaster. I had beautiful cuts of pork chops from Fresh Market and did not have any marinade & it was almost 6pm. So, I went with what would have been a reaction from my Mother. I marinaded the pork chops with some biryani curry paste (Pataks). Grilled it while basting it with some mango chutney (mixed with a tiny bit of butter). It was brilliant and delicious and I am sorry that I did not take any pictures. Served with some basmati rice and grilled vegetables, it was extremely easy and something that I intend to recreate.
