Warm Mushroom Salad



Butter Lettuce

Parsley (Optional)

Cremini Mushrooms

Salted Pecans

Shredded Gruyere Cheese

Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS: Prepare a bed with the lettuce and arugula. In a small saucepan, saute the sliced mushrooms with some olive oil. Place the mushrooms on top of the salad and top it off with salted pecans and some grate gruyere cheese. Drizzle some olive oil and salt & pepper the salad.

This is quick, easy and absolutely delicious. You can also add some goat cheese to this dish pretty easily.
