My name is Shareen, of South Indian ethnicity, born in Malaysia and live in Louisville, Kentucky. The national pastime in Malaysia is eating Good Food and since the closest Malaysian Restaurant is 2 hours by plane (New York), I have been forced to learn how to cook. I never did any cooking in Malaysia (between my very talented and accomplished mother and the many restaurants), it is really not my fault that I did not pay any attention to how the food was made.
